Kenneth Smith Yox Harrelson, born on September 4, 1941 in Woodruff, South Carolina, is a retired baseball player who currently works as a broadcaster for the Chicago White Sox of the Major League Baseball. He was given the nickname “The Hawk” because of his unique style and has played for four teams including the Kansa City Athletics and the Boston Red Sox. Harrelson throws and bats with his right hand. He spent the 1966-1967 season with the Washington Senators and the 1969-1971 seasons with the Cleveland Indians.
