Andre Pronovost Jerseys

Andre Pronovost is a former professional hockey player who hails from Shawinigan Falls in Quebec. He played as a forward in the National Hockey League. Before he joined the national league, he appeared in a number of games for the junior hockey league. He began his professional career in 1956 with the Montreal Canadiens which, during those times, are just starting to record a number of wins in the National Hockey League. He played as part of the team's defense together with Claude Provost and Phil Goyette. A few weeks before Pronovost finally made it to the team, they acquired more young players to complement the veteran players the team has. While playing for the Canadiens, Pronovost was able to play in four Stanley Cups and contributed much for the team's success in the said competition. He bagged a total of four championships in the Stanley Cup. However, just as when he was about to help the team win its fifth Stanley Cup Championship, he was sent to the Boston Bruins, which, according to reviews, are way behind the success of the Canadiens. Pronovost thought of going to retirement after that trade but he was encouraged by the team's coach to continue playing for the Bruins. After his stint with the Bruins, he joined the Detroit Red Wings. He had his final seasons in the league with the Minnesota North Stars.
